1.1 License Grant

Subject to compliance with these terms, DOJO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the DOJO application on a device that you own or control. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Restrictions

• Modify, copy or create derivative works of the application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
• Resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Application;
• Use the Application for unlawful or harmful purposes;
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction through use of the Application.

1.3 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant DOJO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it within the platform and in promotional or marketing materials, as permitted by your privacy settings.

1.4 Promotional Use of Content

We may use public content such as posts, images, and quotes for promotional purposes (ads, social media, investor materials, etc.). We will never share private or restricted content, and we will respect your privacy choices.

1.5 Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter abusive, inappropriate, or offensive content, you may report it via our in-app reporting feature. We will promptly review and act accordingly based on our moderation guidelines.

1.6 Mentors & Communities

Mentors on DOJO are not employees of the platform. Advice provided by mentors reflects their experience and opinions, not official medical or therapeutic guidance.

1.7 Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Mentor guidance and advice do not replace professional medical or psychological care. Always consult with qualified health or mental health professionals before making lifestyle changes or acting on advice received on the platform. DOJO is not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of mentor guidance.

1.8 Termination

You may request account deletion via the “My Account” section. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

1.9 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DOJO for any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or content shared by you.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

DOJO is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Use at your own risk.

1.11 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Israel. Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.

2.1 What We Collect

• Activity data (goals, tracking, challenges, reports)
• Usage data (how you use the app, device type, IP, etc.)

2.2 How We Use Data

• To operate and improve the app
• To personalize your experience
• To notify you about updates or events
• To help mentors support you better

2.3 Who We Share With

• Other users (based on your settings)
• Your mentors
• Service providers under contract
• Law enforcement if legally required

2.4 Data Security

We implement standard protections. However, no system is 100% secure. You are encouraged to use strong passwords and enable updates.

2.5 Your Choices

• You can edit or delete your data via your profile
• You can request full account deletion

2.6 Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as needed for legitimate purposes or legal compliance. Upon deletion, data is removed from active systems within 30 days.

2.7 Children's Privacy

DOJO is not for users under 13. If we discover underage use, we will delete associated data.

2.8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this agreement and will notify you when we do. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
